The Software Development Lead focuses on:Establishing and enforcing coding, architecture, and delivery standardsOperating a Center of Excellence for cloud-native product developmentLeading standards committees, internal training, leadership labs, and technical reviewsCreating reusable accelerators, boilerplate code, and reference architecturesCreate, propose, and operate a mechanism to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across all client solutionsOversee the adoption of AI to accelerate product development, improve profitability, support competitive estimates, and ensure client satisfactionThe ideal candidate is has deep experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native development, is able to be hands-on in code and architecture, while acting as a force multiplier across the organization.
