We’re looking for a proactive Operations & Trades VA to manage back-office admin and scheduling for an Australian electrical contracting business.What You’ll Do:Manage inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries.Book jobs, dispatch work orders, and coordinate technicians on the road.Handle purchase orders, parts ordering, and weekly timesheet collection.What You Need:Hands-on experience with trade job management software (AroFlow preferred).Prior experience supporting Australian clients (trades or real estate preferred).Confident, professional English phone manner.Ability to proactively check systems and tackle admin tasks without being micromanaged.Key Tools Used:Job Management: AroFlow (or experience with ServiceM8, Titan, Simpro, etc.)Interested?
