People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones.Currently, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join one of toogeza’s clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard Turkish payment methods:Local bank acquiringCross-border acquiringAlternative payment methods (APMs)Wallet-based solutions (e.g., Papara-like models)Fast transfers / QR solutions / P2P structuresNegotiate commercial terms (MDR, rolling reserves, settlement cycles)Structure fee models for pay-in and payout flowsAssess AML, compliance, and operational risksWork closely with Product and Tech teams during integrationsBuild and maintain strategic partnerships in TurkeyMonitor regulatory and market changesOptimize cost of processing and approval ratesRequired Experience3+ years in PSP / payments / fintechProven experience onboarding Turkish payment methodsStrong understanding of:Acquirer MDRScheme fees (Visa / Mastercard)Cross-border feesFX costs3DS flowsExperience working with iGaming merchantsStrong local network in TurkeyDeep understanding of the Turkish high-risk payments landscapeExperience with high-risk or crypto PSPsUnderstanding of settlement and reconciliation processesNice to HaveExperience launching payment infrastructure from scratchExperience working in international corporate structuresWhat’s next?If this role sounds like a fit — we’d love to hear from you!
