Responsibilities

We're a US IT staffing vendor looking for a sharp BDE to bring in daily requirements from the US market.What you'll do:Source 5-10 active IT staffing requirements daily from US clients, Tier-1 vendors & MSPsOnboard new clients and complete vendor empanelmentsWork closely with our recruiting team to drive submissions and placementsWhat we need:3-4 years of experience in BD within a US IT staffing/ recruitment company - mandatoryProven ability to generate C2C/W2 contract requirements from the US marketStrong cold calling, Linkedin outreach & email prospecting skillsKnowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) and VMS portalsExcellent English communication; comfortable working US business hoursWhat you get:Competitive base + performance incentivesFully remote | High-growth team | Fast career progressionImmediate joiners preferred.talents@theswifthire.com
