Deployed Engineers (DEs) are customer-facing technical experts who help our customers maximize the value they get out of Devin. You'll lead all technical aspects of our pre-sales process, designing compelling product demos, executing pilots, and working closely with engineering organizations to identify and delegate the right use cases to Devin. Beyond initial engagement, you'll design and deliver ongoing training programs and enablement resources to help customers roll out Devin to thousands of engineers.You’ll be successful in this role if you have a technical background – either studied computer science or have extensive experience leading highly technical sales engagements – and if you love building, and if you embody the drive and grit required to win in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.In this role, you will:Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation, making sure our customers are successful using DevinWork closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and identify the best use cases for Devin to be a productive contributorBuild deep relationships with our customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption, activating top users and driving product utilizationBuild! Always listen to customer feedback, have a bias towards implementing requested features yourself, and advocate for the customers’ needs with the rest of the teamBe the customer oracle!
