I am a professional, motivated and competent individual with a passion to lead, inspire and develop others. I have a proven ability to communicate, influence and motivate all levels within a business to deliver key results. With key experience across a variety of sectors with a specialism in Retail, I have gained key commercial aspects and business acumen, and have a key track record of exceeding the expectations of my role whilst adding key value to the business. In my current role as a HR Manager I have ensured the setup of a modern HR function ensuring compliance alongside a positive user experience. During my time in this role I have developed new systems alongside managing change initiatives. I am well skilled and knowledgeable in a variety of HR/ER processes including Executive Coaching, Employee Relations Training, Mediation, Without Prejudice Conversations, Complex Disciplinaries and Grievances and Change Management processes including restructures, Organisational Reviews, Redundancies and TUPE. These skills coupled with my resilience allow me to exceed business needs coupled with a focus on ensuring the duty of care to colleagues. I am commercially focused with a desire to minimise expenditure and maximise output.
