Manage daily painting operations by coordinating a team of 20+ painters, scheduling residential and commercial projects, and ensuring jobs are properly staffed and completed on time. Serve as the main communication link between painters, estimators, sales, clients, and management, while resolving scheduling issues and adapting to last-minute changes.
Oversee job assignments, project logistics, materials, access information, and quality-related follow-ups using platforms such as Stormboard, PaintScout, and When I Work. Optimize the team’s workload and availability to maximize productivity, maintain smooth operations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
