We have four houses in the community which takes care of 3~4 residents ( which means needs patients or the people who is disabled for daily life). Each house has the " house parent" - it's the position similar to the manager who managed the house or the department. And, we do have some co-workers ( outside help)in the community. They lived nearby or around the Lukas Community. ( Some of them lived in Peterborough, which is the second nearest town) Co-worker means they are here for only working and the community would pay for them depending on how many hours shifts.
