• Adulteration Detection in Saffron: Developed and trained a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model from scratch to detect adulteration in saffron by analyzing images of pure and adulterated saffron strands, achieving an accuracy of 89%.
• Demand and Price Forecasting of Saffron in India: Applied advanced time-series forecasting techniques, including ARIMA and multi-variate models (Linear Regression, SVR, Random Forest, XGBoost), as well as deep learning models like LSTM, to predict demand and pricing trends for saffron in India.
