• Serve as Internal Team Lead and primary Salesforce Administrator for US-based operations; manage workload distribution across the admin team, assign incoming tickets, coordinate sprint priorities, and ensure timely resolution of all platform support requests.
• Act as first point of escalation for daily support tickets and enhancements triaged through FreshService; assess, prioritize, and route requests to the appropriate team member while handling complex issues personally.
• Manage all Salesforce user administration: create and deactivate user accounts, configure profiles and permission sets, build and maintain public groups, queues, roles, and org-wide defaults to enforce correct data access across business entities and departments.
