I'm Brazilian, a native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese, with a degree in Letters (Modern Languages), Specializing in Spanish and Teaching and Learning Foreign Languages. Before my experience with languages, I worked in customer service, in the sales and credit and collection sectors, providing face-to-face and remote support. As well as teaching languages, I began my freelance journey as a content creator and writer, providing articles for websites and social networks. I have experience with WordPress websites, their creation, configuration, plugins, and maintenance. I have 20 years' experience as a textual translator and linguist in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Furthermore, I started working on Artificial Intelligence projects in 2023, which allowed me to exercise my skills in content creation, translation, linguistic revision, editing, transcription and acquire new skills in data annotation projects, linguistic quality assurance, LLM, labeling, prompt creation and evaluation, training artificial intelligence models by text and voice, as well as evaluating search engines, data, maps, media, voice, and ads.
