Patrick Gergen

Patrick Gergen is the CEO and Co-Founder of AmeriCan Multifamily Alliance Group LP and Bella Vista Management LP. He has held leadership roles in various segments of the real estate industry. Patrick oversees strategic initiatives which include acquisitions, asset management, construction management, and impact investing. His background is in distressed property takeovers, after which he works to increase asset value through strategic upgrades, rebranding, and financial stabilization. He oversees strategy and investor relations for AmeriCan Multifamily Alliance Group. Patrick and his wife, Madi Gergen are partners in business and life. Patrick’s background includes a position as Regional Project Manager for a national commercial developer in the U.S. His position included analyzing deals and understanding market fundamentals, including the best locations in which to purchase multifamily properties. Patrick is a long-standing member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and has served on several board positions over the last 8 years, including as YPO’s Chair for the Pacific One Chapter (2019/2020) and as the Gold Chapter Chair for the Global One Chapter (2022/2023). He is in his fifth year attending the YPO/Columbia Business School Executive CEO Academy and has attended Penn State University. Patrick resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Madi and has a residence in Calgary, Canada as well. They have seven children combined. He enjoys traveling, learning, reading, and the great outdoors.
