• Set up the event venue both online via Hopin, and onsite, providing the live broadcasting via Streamlabs. • Conducted client and participant onboarding in the weeks preceding the event, including writing a handbook with best practices, proper setup, and a FAQ covering different questions about attending an online conference. Provided documentation in French, English, and Spanish. • Managed backstage operations and provided technical support during the event, both onsite for interpreters and local speakers, and online for attendees and remote speakers (150+ people in total). • Utilized Zoho CRM to manage participant data and communications, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. • Provided additional documentation when and where needed
