I am a multifaceted person, driven by insatiable curiosity, my creative gifts, and a deep understanding of people and culture. For several years, I have worked as a headhunter (specializing in middle and senior management positions in technology, but also technical positions), a role in which my interests and studies in various disciplines have allowed me to find the most qualified people. But my experience goes far beyond recruitment. I have been a music producer for many years, a role I have performed for top-tier advertising agencies, television channels, and renowned artists. It is a role that requires a keen eye for talent (like a headhunter), strategic planning, and the ability to bring complex projects to life on time and within budget (like a project manager). Given the changes in the audiovisual and music industry, I chose to continue performing this role but usually in my spare time and for projects that catch my attention. Thanks to my special love for language, ideas, and my general culture, I have also worked as a freelance translator for projects of all kinds, which require a precise command of Spanish, my mother tongue, and English, a language I have a very good command of. In addition, I have a good knowledge of Italian and, to a lesser extent, French, which broadens my linguistic and cultural sensitivity. I also have a talent for writing, which I have put to use in articles, copy for advertising jingles, scripts for documentaries, among other formats. All these experiences have allowed me to communicate easily across disciplines, manage multidisciplinary teams, and achieve quality results while maintaining attention to detail, even with tight deadlines and always with a customer service attitude. Above all, I believe that my hallmark is my ability to listen, interpret, and connect, which I put to use whether I am looking for talent to lead a startup, producing an album, or writing a text. With triple nationality (Colombian, Argentine, and Italian) and a career that connects cultures, disciplines, and languages, I seek roles and/or projects where I can contribute an integrative, creative, and strategic perspective.
