At Better Collective, I lead AI & ML initiatives, building and managing a cross-border team and serving on steering committees that shape the company’s data strategy. My work focuses on driving measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency, operational savings, and analytics adoption across the group. I’m also the founder of Amauta, a consulting network delivering results in EdTech, construction, and other sectors — from improving student retention and graduate outcomes to deploying real-time predictive models used daily by hundreds of users. In parallel, I’ve designed and launched academic programs aligned with industry needs and mentored professionals now in senior data roles.
