I am a senior software engineer, technical lead, and applied AI engineer with 8+ years of experience across backend systems, web, mobile, cloud infrastructure, and AI products.

At Torre.ai, I lead the candidate experience across professional profiles, matching and job discovery, applications, and AI interviews.

I also manage and mentor engineers, set technical direction, review architecture and system designs, and own delivery and reliability across a 60+ microservice environment.

I lead Emma, Torre's self-driven AI recruiter, from architecture through production. Emma supports autonomous job applications, recruiter sourcing, human approval workflows, and end-to-end AI interviews.

• Leading a Flutter-based mobile job-search rollout that contributed to strong growth in completed preferences and applications from search.

• Designing and operating distributed, event-driven workflows and REST APIs.

• Improving PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and queries to remove production bottlenecks.

• Operating services across AWS and GCP with GitHub Actions CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, Grafana, and Sentry.

• Leading production delivery, incident response, architecture reviews, and engineering mentorship.
