I'm a professional QA with an undergraduate degree in Industrial engineering and ISTQB Foundation Level certification. I'm known for my strategic thinking and creative problem solving to assert that the quality of the products I work on are aligned with business objectives. I have experience as a manual tester. I strive to make sure every feature of the software is tested and that any potential issue is identified before the product goes live. I also work in test case design / maintenance as well as reviewing user stories for ambiguities and testability. I have a mindset that QA should always put end users first and should advocate for the best balance between UX and business.
