My career – and life – are defined by the term “perseverance.” From working full-time through college to moving overseas for over 5 years to stand up a network of local offices, I possess a laser-like focus on developing and executing a vision to bring innovation and disruption to consumer-facing industries. I have been instrumental in supporting a broad range of enterprise-level high growth startups with go-to-market strategies throughout my career, including in my current role as CEO and Founder at Rumoravenue. Furthermore, I have built novel technology to disrupt markets, including bringing the first rideshare opportunity to market in Vancouver, Canada. Bridging the gap between visionary yet actionable initiatives, I have led global teams to achieve creative technical solutions and drive revenue growth at multiple companies across the early-stage, growth and acquisition stages. My overall leadership style has been described as empowering yet hard-charging – I like working side-by-side with my teams in the trenches, instead of giving orders from on high.
