I lead SaaS platform implementation based on client requirements, ensuring high-quality service and achievement of key performance indicators. Some of my key responsibilities are:
• To manage multiple projects, simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines and corporate strategy. • To collaborate with the Product and Integrations Team to understand and implement technical solutions.
• To enhance customer experience related to onboarding by designing, improving and delivering flawless processes to match the quality of our product.
