My professional objective is to help people who works in clinical trials to achieve the goals with the highest quality and best results taking into account and based on the veracity of the information to make the best and most effective decisions. I like to work leading teams and working together to achieve a goal. I would like to work with companies or people with similar goals to mine. I´m a Medical Doctor with over 18th years of experience in clinical research, in different regions of the Americas:
the USA, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Colombia. I started designing and developing Clinical trials and Basic Science trials; then I continued as an Associate Investigator in Clinical Research studies, responsible for recruitment activities, evaluation and follow-up of subjects. After that, I worked as
a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) conducting all activities related to monitoring: regulatory activities, feasibility, pre-study, initiation, monitoring and Close out Visits for clinical Trials phases II to IV in different areas (cardiology, vaccines, dermatology, oncology,, rheumatology, among others). My previous job duties included Site ID department, giving medical feedback support in order to improve selection of sites according to protocol speciality and needs .I also held the position as Clinical Research Project Manager Currently I hold the position as Regulatory Project Manager, connecting the regulatory requirements, with the managerial needs, also providing medical support to clinical trials, and ensuring compliance with regulation including other countried like South Correa, Canada, Norway, Portugal, Colombia, Taiwan. Spain, Netherlands, Panamá, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and Mexico. Currently supporting GCP training in Colombia with Universities and also National Organization for the advance of clinical research in Colombia Avanzar. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken and currently learning French. I have a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, several other informatics software and various types of electronic CRFs. I am well organized, responsible and can manage time and priorities. Finally, I have the ability to work both as part of a team and independently, as required; with great communication skills and abilities to train other people.
