Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and organizational culture. Identify and approach suitable candidates through advertising, social media, networking, headhunting, and referrals. Receive and review applications, conduct interviews and tests, and create shortlists of candidates for clients. Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates. Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
