I've worked in the BPO industry for 7 years, doing various jobs like customer service, tech support, content moderator and supervising. I'm good at handling chats and emails. Since pandemic I've ventured in to Virtual Assistant and freelancing. I've been doing Admin works, managing social media, finding leads, scheduling appointments, cold calling, closing deals and more. Ive been into different industries (staffing/recruitment, solar, real estate, plumbing, b2b, digital marketing). I have my reliable internet source, back up power source, 2 laptops and 1 PC.
