I’m the Founder of AgeTech Leadership Labs (ALL) - a Think–Act–Lead institution addressing one of the most urgent and overlooked global blind spots of our time: the growing gap between how long we live and how well we live. I call this transformation the 8th Continent - not a physical location on the map, but a growing demographic of over 1 billion people aged 50 and above, generating $17 trillion in economic activity. At its core is Gen E — a powerful new generation reshaping what it means to age and make a contribution. Previously, I spent 27 incredible years at Bloomberg, most recently as Head of Asia-Pacific for External Relations, where I led strategic partnerships with governments, regulators, and institutions across the region. I also hosted the “In Conversation” series, bringing together influential voices in politics, policy, and business to surface the ideas that matter most. During the pandemic, I noticed a growing blind spot emerging: the Longevity Economy, and I began laying the groundwork for what would become ALL - a platform to align stakeholders, build actionable systems, and unlock the full potential of demographic shifts. I currently serve on the WAIPA Global Advisory Board, lead the Capital Connect Initiative, and continue to advise governments and businesses on leveraging future trends to achieve strategic advantage. When I’m not building ecosystems, I’m chasing balance through yoga, cafés, cocktails, and (hopefully soon) my long-pending books: Silver Elephant on the Longevity Economy, Selfie @40: Lights, Camera, Action, a book on philosophy and spirituality and ICE and the Art of Leadership.
