I am a GIS Developer within the AI Catalyst Lab at Capita, where I sit at the intersection of geospatial intelligence and Enterprise AI. My day-to-day involves more than just mapping; I design and implement cloud-native GIS solutions that integrate with Capita's hyperscaler platforms like AWS, Microsoft and Salesforce. I’m currently focused on operationalizing "GeoAI", transforming traditional spatial analysis into scalable, AI-powered systems that help our clients make evidence-led decisions at scale.
My goal is to evolve into a GeoAI Solutions Architect, leading the charge in how Agentic AI and spatial data converge. I am passionate about building location intelligence ecosystems that aren't just static dashboards, but "future-ready" platforms that make spatial data actionable. I want to continue pushing the boundaries of cloud GIS and spatial modelling.
My journey in GIS has been a deliberate progression towards technical mastery. I built my foundation during my Undergraduate studies and a Postgraduate Diploma, where I first mastered the core principles of spatial data and cartography. To bridge the gap between traditional mapping and modern data science, I pursued my MSc in GIS at the University of Leeds, focusing on artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced spatial analysis and programming.
Throughout this academic and professional path, I’ve moved from simple data management to solving high-stakes challenges ranging from health condition mapping and crime pattern detection to complex environmental modelling. This background allows me to approach every project with a deep understanding of the "spatial logic" that sits beneath the code.
