The focal points of my position revolve around:
• Generating new alliances to convert them into IB clients.
• Developing work plans and growth strategies for the company and individual clients, corporate clients, investment funds and educational academies, leading them to better growth and higher performance through Windsor Brokers.
• Developing sales talent and coaching them for better results.
• Closing sales with large, potential clients.
Traveling through Latam for the consolidation of profitable alliances.
