Nikola Jurisic

Nikola Jurisic is the founder of Project Light Foundation, an inner social impact platform catalysing projects that contribute to a lighter and more beautiful life in the Balkans, focusing on awareness, collective trauma and transformational education. He's also the Founder of Transfiguration Advisory, a consultancy building driven organizations. Nikola has been shaped by both intellectual (LSE, 14 years @ McKinsey, Economist, CFA) and holistic (coach, facilitator, spent >20,000 hours in workshops and ~5,000 hours in silence, Inner Development Goals global team member) experiences. Born in the Western Balkans, and educated around the world (Yugoslavia, Singapore, Canada and the UK), his life's work through Project Light revolves around the question: What did we miss in the >40 years of 'Bratstvo i Jedinstvo' (Unity and Brotherhood) in Yugoslavia, that we can do today that will prevent the 1990's from repeating? Described by those who know him as a "mosaic" for his ability to bring a wide range of divergent perspectives, "free radical" as a catalyst and "spiritual gladiator" for his drive, Nikola has visited over 100 and lived in over 20 countries.
