Recruitment is more than my career: it's where I found my purpose. As a tech enthusiast turned recruitment strategist, I specialize in IT profiles while building the kind of talent infrastructure that makes teams scale.

After completing my People Analytics certification, I started applying AI-based and data-driven strategies to optimize recruitment processes, improve team performance, and drive efficiency through real metrics and automation.
Today, I lead the entire Recruitment area at Tech House: the challenge I had been looking for since the beginning of my career. Here I own not just the search and placement process, but also the onboarding and ongoing follow-up of our talent. From building scalable workflows and dashboards to designing candidate report templates, playbooks, and frameworks, I help create structured, tech-enabled, and human-centered recruitment systems that grow with the business.
My journey has been shaped by diverse markets and cultures:
