Operations Specialist with 7+ years of progressive experience building the systems that keep organizations running, from HR and payroll to finance, budgets, audit prep, multi-entity setup, and organizing remote work for a global team across 25+ countries. I'm digitally literate and quick to adapt, using AI tools daily to work faster and automate the tasks that shouldn't take up a person's time, while keeping the judgment and care that shouldn't be automated firmly in place. I'm comfortable with the extra work that comes when a company is scaling or pushing toward its next big goal, and I like being part of that push. What draws me to this next step is impact. Co-founding the Infinum Foundation in Slovenia was my first real spark at work and my first hands-on experience with grants and donation processing and running fundraising events. That same drive shows up in how I support colleagues day to day and in my life outside work.
