Responsibilities included full cycle of Recruitment Process, such as finding candidates through conventional techniques(like Dice,Careerbuilder,monster) and unique sourcing techniques, interview schedule, reference checks, offer negotiation, marketing candidates on opportunities and working with managers in different locations.
Detailed study of the requirement from vendor/client and accordingly alligned my search to find the most potential fit for my role.
Searches included Web based Job Sites/Portals like Dice.com, Monster.com, Techfetch.com, The Ladders etc, Internal database, Google groups, Google search & 3rd Party Vendors.
