With 15+ years across business, operations and technology, including 7+ years focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, data integration, BI and automation, I work at the intersection of technology, data, process and business. That means I can run a CRM discovery with stakeholders in the morning, write the SQL/ETL and JavaScript customization in the afternoon, and translate both into outcomes a director actually cares about.

- Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform: configuration, customization (business rules, workflows, JavaScript, plugins), CRM integrations and solution stabilization.
- Data & integration: SQL/ETL, data quality, governance, lineage and metadata; connecting CRM, ERP and APIs across countries.
- BI & automation: Power BI dashboards, process automation with Power Automate, and Copilot Studio agents.
- Applied AI/ML: retail demand forecasting (validated via MAPE) and NLP/predictive modeling for operational data.
I've delivered across Europe, LATAM and the U.S., including a multinational security operation, a global industrial manufacturer (Vallourec), an Israeli retail-AI vendor (Retano), and an 18-month SENAI occupational-health platform as Product Owner. I work in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
