The database is designed to manage ticket bookings, special event reservations, and restaurant orders at Surabaya Omnnival, supporting structured and centralized amusement park data management, including facilities and employee administration.
Current challenges include long physical ticket queues, lack of real-time capacity monitoring, unstructured group reservations, manual maintenance tracking, complex employee shift scheduling, manual attendance and payroll processes, and the absence of integration between online and offline ticketing systems.
