HYBRID (DISPATCH, WARRANTY, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, SALES, BACK OFFICE, RECEPTION, RETENTIONIST, DATA ENTRY AND APPOINTMENT SETTING) I am responsible for providing comprehensive customer support via phone, email, and SMS to address their inquiries regarding the alarm system. I diagnose and troubleshoot alarm system issues, ensuring timely resolution for our valued customers. Additionally, I meticulously update customer information through our CRM system and monitoring tools. I also take charge of managing the availability of technician equipment in our van stocks. Furthermore, I handle the scheduling of technician appointments, generate service tickets, and oversee order processing. Sending out proposals, terms, and agreements, in addition to fl
