- Immersion in all sales channels nationwide, weekly communication with stakeholders and follow up of sales goals through tools such as Tableu, sending reports to 8 sales supervisors and their respective 40 BDR.
- Development of marketing and sales strategies for the implementation of the "Menu Digital" technology tool nationwide, based on information from over 7500 active POCs, field work and execution with the product team.
- Proposal of a wellness program based on the use of wearables within the Medellin production plant, with an impact on the work routine of more than 200 employees, the model was validated by teams in the Apan production plant, Mexico.
