- Engaging with technical services teams; including data migration, integrations, data analytics, and web portal design.
- Gather feedback and assist customers with UAT
-Project Management. Outline tasks, deliverables, and dependencies; manage timelines; identify and mitigate risks; coordinate efforts with multiple parties Business Analysis, validate requirements, define project scope and plan, work with commercial services to manage project costs
-Design solutions for customers.
