- In charge of revenue growth, market & value share and all necessary marketing action plans to drive acquisition, loyalty & retention, base management and customers satisfaction on the SOHO segments
- Analyze & recommend strategic directions & plans to execute Orange B2B strategy on the SOHO segment and achieve objectives
- Build and share a deep understanding of the market segment- customer needs, key drivers & figures- leveraging (in particular) market feedback received from the sales, customer service, and market research teams
- Overall ensure that Orange is the preferred brand on the SOHO segments
