I am a software engineering and AI development lead, currently driving the architecture and deployment of F420, a next-generation transcriptomics intelligence platform. My work spans computational pipelines, bioinformatics workflows, and clinical AI reporting systems, with a focus on gene prioritization, pathway mapping, and drug discovery insights.

I specialize in building scalable agentic AI systems that integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge graphs, and multi-agent workflows for robust decision support.

At F420, I lead the engineering, deployment, and integration efforts, working closely with bioinformatics, machine learning, and clinical teams to translate complex molecular datasets into actionable insights.
