Hi! I am a sociologist and UX Researcher, located in Colombia with more than 5 years of experience - doing research in the academic and usability fields. My goal is to support the process of designing and creating products and services that bring value to people, users, and communities. I am characterized by being an empathetic person, with an interest in learning, researching, and doing things in a meaningful way.
