Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, responding to queries in person, telephone, or email, developing and implementing office procedures, and maintaining general company record systems to uphold accurate files. I also was in charge of composing letters, memos, and emails, screening documents, booking meeting rooms, setting up conference calls, and taking messages. Last but not least, I was able to perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
