I hold an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and have gained valuable experience across multiple roles in HR and customer service. My career began at Teleperformance, an international BPO, where I initially worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive and was later promoted to the role of HR Executive.
Following that, I joined Estatex Landbase Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior HR Executive, where I spent a year handling end-to-end recruitment and contributing to operational tasks as well.
Currently, I am working at Square Yards, where I manage international hiring with a focus on Dubai-based roles.
Throughout my journey, I have developed strong skills in talent acquisition, HR operations, and stakeholder communication. My experience so far has been enriching, and I am passionate about building meaningful careers while contributing to organizational growth.
