Milton Valerio

At the age of 16 I started working as a file boy working for a title insurance company (Choice Abstract Corp). I worked there throughout my high school years into college and rose from file boy to the President's Administrative Assistant.

After Choice I wanted to experience the Sales World and became a Sales Representative for T-Mobile. During my tenure in T-Mobile, I was honored as the number 1 sales representative in the northeast region.

After my experience in servicing peoples' telecommunications needs, I wanted to help people in other ways and I decided to join the NYPD Police Academy and pursue a career in law enforcement. I was a Police Officer serving the community of Harlem for 4 years. I was then promoted to Detective (Investigator) within the Organized Crime Control Bureau - Narcotics Division. I was a Detective Investigator for 6 years and was promoted to Sergeant where I served the transient community in the NYC Transit system. After a couple of years working in the Transit system, I was promoted to the position of Field Intelligence Sergeant in the Intelligence Bureau of the NYPD.
