I have a 4 year experience as an Administrative Assistant at a government institution and 2 years working as a healthcare virtual assistant. Working with different clients, I have learned how to deal with different personality and acquired various skills such as problem solver, critical thinker, detail-oriented and multi tasker. Currently, I am in charge in a transaction department of a US based company where I supervise my co-workers in processing payments, updating billings and accounts, and managing collections and outstanding balances. I also have experience as a personal assistant wherein clients gives me tasks purely based on what they need on a daily basis like scheduling their clinic visits, dental appointments, cleaning services and the likes.
