- Responsible for obtaining qualified candidates by using recruitment/selection strategies and practices when sourcing, selecting and hiring candidates.
- Sourcing and Screening IT candidates with experience in Telco, SAP, BI, J2EE, JEE, .NET, C#, C/C++, Peoplesoft, Siebel, Business Analysts, Oracle, DB2, Mainframe, SQL for positions such as Technical Support, Jr and Sr. Developers, Software Engineers, Analysts, Technical-Functional Leaders, PM, Architects, Electromechanical design Engineers and Electrical design Engineers.
- Utilizes a variety of internal and external resources to develop diverse applicant pools to include networking with individuals and organizations.
- Designs / Develops / Establishes Behavioral Interviewing Questions.
