Michel Lopez

I run Villa Paraiso Vacation Rentals — $50M+ in
vacation rental real estate across the Florida
Keys and Miami.

A few years in, I got frustrated running
operations the way everyone does it.
Spreadsheets, group chats, manual everything.

So I rebuilt it with AI.

It worked. Now I'm turning what I built into
something other businesses can use too.

Still an operator. Now also a builder.
