Product and Technology Executive with 30+ years of experience leading fraud, risk, banking, compliance, payments, and AI-driven platform organizations. Currently responsible for Product Management and Platform Strategy at SardineAI, leading initiatives spanning fraud decisioning, workflow automation, banking risk, merchant risk, fraud operations, machine learning, and financial crime solutions supporting over 500 customers globally.
I currently serve as Senior Director of Product Management at SardineAI, where I lead product strategy across fraud prevention, compliance, identity, banking risk, workflow automation, and financial crime solutions. My team is responsible for machine learning models, fraud decisioning systems, rules engines, workflow platforms, vendor data acquisition, and next-generation banking risk capabilities.
During my tenure at Sardine, the platform has scaled from approximately 9 million to 980 million customer accounts while processing more than 5 billion transactions representing $1.4 trillion USD in payment volume. Our products have helped prevent over 220 million fraudulent transactions representing more than $100 billion in fraud exposure.
Prior to Sardine, I served as Executive Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase, where I led global engineering organizations supporting payments, fraud protection, healthcare payments, and large-scale modernization initiatives. Over my career I have managed organizations of up to 80 engineers, technology budgets exceeding $100 million, and mission-critical platforms supporting some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
I bring a unique combination of executive leadership, product strategy, engineering expertise, artificial intelligence, machine learning, fraud prevention, compliance, AML, sanctions, banking, payments, and cloud architecture. I am equally comfortable discussing board-level strategy, customer outcomes, product roadmaps, software architecture, and AI-assisted development.
