Currently learning and gaining skills as a Front-End Developer in order to make a career change with skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Git, jQuery, and Bootstrap, having tool experience with GitBash, VSCode and CodePen aiming to build smooth and responsive apps for any market and also to keep learning about other Developer Skills in a fast pace to open up for other Development fields. Counting with 7+ years of experience in Customer Service, showing skills with presencial, ticket and chat response via remote with some leadership and Q/A knowledge in a variety of tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Gorgias, LiveChat, Messenger and Kustomer as well as proficiency with Shopify for market-related environments.
