I have good communications skills and the ability to interact well with individuals and groups; the ability to create a good relationship with my clients and colleagues and to maintain my position to the benefit of the greater task at hand. I am also very self motivated and like to take initiative for what I am doing. I can make the necessary decisions based on information gathered for specific tasks, and make sure it is justifiable in terms of finances and resources available to the project.
