I'm a growth operator who builds his own tools. By that I mean the ad pipelines, dashboards, and automations most growth teams wait on engineers for, I ship myself with Claude Code.
Ten years in ecommerce growth: paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok, CRO, retention, $10K to $100K+ in monthly ad spend at 5 to 10X ROAS. Most recently Head of Growth at a venture studio, validating new brand concepts before launch. And somewhere in the last two years, the job changed. Not the goals. The leverage.
Recent builds:
- An ad launch pipeline that turns a folder of raw creator video into live Meta ads. It transcodes, transcribes, scans for compliance landmines, picks the landing page from conversion data, drafts copy from the account's current winners, and stops exactly once for human approval before launching through the Graph API. Days of work became minutes of review.
- A client analytics platform with live Meta and Google data, per-client logins, AI-written insights, and PDF reporting. Replaced the reporting SaaS I used to pay for. First working version shipped in two days.
- An agent skill library that runs recurring growth operations end to end: invoicing, Google Ads campaign builds, creative research. Each skill knows when to stop and ask a human. One operator, team-sized output.
- Stack: Claude Code, MCP servers, Meta and Google APIs, GA4, Klaviyo, Next.js. I don't hand-code and I don't pretend to. I build with AI, and I know the stack well enough to ship production systems and verify they're right.
My rule: judgment calls about money, brand, and strategy stay human. Everything else gets automated.
Going deeper into the AI side of growth. Open to AI-forward Head of Growth and GTM Engineer roles. If you're building something in that lane, my inbox is open.
