Healthcare and RPO professional. For over two years, I have worked in the recruitment area, supporting foreign companies to find the right talent in a profitable and sustainable way. Performing all stages of the recruitment process, from finding candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating and running interviews, using job platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Computrabajo and Facebook Jobs. I have helped multiple companies internationally link up with Latin American profiles generating beneficial labor relations and a retention rate of more than 80%. As for my experience in the field of medicine, this covers a year of work in a rural area, where I took care of different areas such as outpatient consultation, emergency, delivery room and triage. Attending to an average of 40 patients a day, and providing primary health care, I have been in charge of performing sutures and wound cures, giving recommendations and talks to the community, provide home medical service for patients unable to move to the health center, participate in medical missions and programs, attend deliveries and provide first care to the newborn, among other activities.
