My background is diverse, including bromatology, customer service, and Data Entry roles, where I developed a strong orientation toward accuracy, organization, and process optimization.
I work with manual and automated testing, using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Postman, and I have experience in test case design and execution, bug reporting with Jira, and functional testing. I also have knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JMeter.
