For you to know a little about me, I will start with a simple overview.
📚I am currently studying English at UNPAZ and pursuing a B.D. in Communication at UNGS, while working as a Digital Specialist at Gurú Soluciones Digitales. My role involves managing client portfolios, including Google Ads campaigns, landing pages, and chatbot implementation, as well as coordinating with commercial advisors to drive results. I frequently use tools such as Odoo CRM, Tag Manager, Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets for campaign optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
🧑🏻💻 With an experience full of training and educational content, I worked nearly two years as a Google Ads Support Agent at Cognizant (Google Project), where I specialized in campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and assisting advertisers across Latin America and North America. This experience allowed me to strengthen my technical skills, maintain key performance metrics, and build strong client relationships.
📈 As a Google Ads Support Agent, my main tasks were to optimize different types of ad campaigns to improve their performance and help clients reach their goals. I enjoyed solving technical problems to ensure advertisers had a smooth experience. I also answered many questions from Google Ads users, providing clear and friendly support.
📊 While in this roles, I maintained important metrics such as customer experience (Cx), productivity, turnaround time (TRT), and completeness. Additionally, I assisted English-speaking customers, helping them navigate their advertising needs with confidence. My ability to build effective relationships with customers was key to developing initiatives that improved our team performance.
